Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WelcomeAd (the “Service”), operated by [Company legal name] of [registered address] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or integrating the SDK you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Keep your credentials confidential: activity under your account is treated as yours. Tell us promptly at [security@yourdomain] if you believe an account has been accessed without authorisation.

Account details must be accurate and kept current. Payment and tax details that are wrong or out of date can delay or block a payout.

2. Your apps

You may only add an app you own or are authorised to monetise. Adding an app reads its public Google Play listing; it does not by itself prove ownership, and we may ask you to demonstrate it before releasing a payout.

You confirm, for every app you connect, that:

• you hold the rights needed to display ads in it and to grant us the permissions in these terms;
• it complies with Google Play policy and with the programme policies of every demand source you attach to it;
• it carries a privacy policy that accurately describes the advertising SDKs in it, and you obtain any consent the law requires in the places your app is distributed;
• you have correctly declared whether it is directed at children, and you do not serve personalised ads where that is not permitted.

3. SDK keys and placements

Each app is issued one SDK key. The key is shown once, at creation: we store only a hash of it and cannot recover it for you. Treat it as a secret and do not publish it, share it between apps, or commit it to a public repository. If a key is exposed, contact an administrator to have it replaced.

Placement identifiers are not secret and are meant to be compiled into your app. A placement returns the demand you configured, in the order you configured it; you are responsible for the ad unit identifiers you enter and for your right to use them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• access, or attempt to access, data belonging to another account, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without our written permission;
• interfere with the Service’s operation, including by automated request volume beyond what your integration genuinely needs;
• use the app-lookup feature as a general-purpose proxy to the Google Play store;
• place ads in an app that contains illegal content, infringes intellectual property, or is designed to mislead users;
• obscure, stack, or position ads so that a user is likely to interact with one by mistake.

5. Invalid traffic

Invalid traffic means any impression or click not resulting from genuine user interest. It includes clicks by you, by anyone acting for you, or encouraged by incentives; automated, scripted or emulated traffic; artificial refresh; and traffic from bot networks or click farms.

Invalid traffic is grounds for withholding the affected earnings, reversing amounts already credited, and suspending or closing the account. Demand partners also run their own detection, and we pass on any deduction they make.

6. Earnings and payouts

All amounts in the portal are in US dollars. Figures shown before a period closes are estimates: they are derived from delivery recorded by the Service and from what each demand source reports, and they can change when a network finalises its own accounting.

A payout is made once the confirmed balance reaches the threshold shown on your earnings page and after deducting any reversal for invalid traffic or chargeback. You are responsible for your own taxes and for any withholding the law requires. We may withhold a payment where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these terms, for as long as it takes to investigate.

7. Third-party ad networks

Ads served through Google AdMob, Google Ad Manager or any other demand source you attach are governed by that provider’s own terms and policies, which you accept directly with them. We do not control their fill rate, pricing, ad quality or payment schedule, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions. A breach of their policies is also a breach of these terms.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and will give reasonable notice of a change that materially reduces functionality you rely on, except where the change is needed urgently for security or legal reasons.

9. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting an administrator. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is compromised, or where required by law. An administrator can reset a password or suspend an account in those circumstances; every such action is recorded in an audit log.

On termination, your right to use the Service and the SDK keys issued to you ends immediately. Earnings confirmed and not attributable to invalid traffic remain payable, subject to the threshold above.

10. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the amounts we paid or owed you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the revised version with a new “last updated” date and, for a material change, notify you by email or in the portal before it takes effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law and contact
